16h00 - 20h00 - 021 703 8178 - Skaapkraal Depot
20h00 - 07h30 - 0860 103 054 - C.T.C.C. Call Centre.
They should also report it to me - 082 496 8957 - (after they have phoned one of the above numbers) so that I can follow up. They MUST ask the Council telephonist for a reference number and preferably also the name of the Call Centre operator to assist with the follow up. |
