DISASTROUS POLLUTION e.g sewage, oil, diesel etc spills, whoever comes across it should phone the following numbers immediately:

They should also report it to me - 082 496 8957 - (after they have phoned one of the above numbers) so that I can follow up. They MUST ask the Council telephonist for a reference number and preferably also the name of the Call Centre operator to assist with the follow up.
